Using 100% Australian grown sweet potatoes from the Bundaberg region of Queensland, they are freshly sliced and then coated in our premium exclusive crispy batter. Our sweet potato cakes/scallops are individually made to perfection and will impress your customers. They are great as an individual serve, vegetable pattie or to accompany a meal.

Sweet Potato (50%), Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Water, Salt, Sugar, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Raising Agent (339,341,500,450), Thickeners (1404,415), Dextrin, Onion Powder, Natural Flavour, Rochester Sauce, Wheat Protein Isolate.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Deep Fry for 3 minutes at 180degC /or

Oven Bake in single layer for 15-20 mins at 200 degC
